Real Madrid beat Betis 5-1 on Sunday in La Liga matchday 18 at the Bernabéu, thanks to a hat-trick from Gonzalo García in the 20th, 50th and 83rd minutes, and goals from Raúl Asencio in the 56th minute and Fran García in the 93rd minute.
Betis reduced the deficit to 3-1 thanks to a goal from Colombian Cucho Hernández in the 66th minute and had two good chances through Rodrigo Riquelme, but failed to convert them and it was Real Madrid, through Gonzalo and Fran García, who sealed the game.
