Eduardo Camavinga and Kylian Mbappe reacted on social media to Real Madrid’s elimination from the Champions League last Wednesday against Bayern Munich. The midfielder apologised for his sending off in the final stages of the match, which ended up condemning his team, and the striker reminded that giving up is not an option at Los Blancos.

Mbappe, who scored Madrid’s third goal in Bavaria, went further. “We tried until the end. It is disappointing to be eliminated from such an important competition, but we have to look ahead. We need to look hard at ourselves to avoid more disappointments like this. We will never give up! At Madrid, failure has never been and never will be an option. But I promise you one thing: we are going to start winning again and very soon.”
