Keyshawn Davis vs Edwin De Los Santos: Date, time, odds and where to watch the fight live

A great night of boxing is coming this weekend and the main event will be the long-awaited fight between Keyshawn Davis and Edwin De Los Santos. The American boxer will defend his World Lightweight title against the Dominican in what will be an unforgettable day for fans of the sport.

Keyshawn Davis won the World Lightweight title in February this year with a fourth-round KO of Denys Berinchyl. The undefeated American champion(13-0) will return to the place where he earned the opportunity to fight for his title, as on that occasion it was against Gustavo Lemos, precisely in Norfolk, where the fight against De Los Santos will take place.

Edwin De Los Santos, on the other hand, has a record of 16-2 and started in his home country, the Dominican Republic, before continuing to professionalize his career in the United States and thus earn the opportunity this weekend to fight for such an important title.

Edwin De Los Santos has managed to overcome several obstacles in his life, the hardest of which he experienced in 2023 when, after feeling pain in one of his legs, he went to the doctor and tests confirmed that he had a clot. “The doctor told me that it was something so dangerous that if I didn’t treat it, it could cause me death… I was cold,” the boxer told ESPN. Just over a year later, he managed to return to activity and is now ready to go in search of his new goal.

Regarding his weekend rival, the Dominican declared that “Davis moves well, but he doesn’t have the same style and finesse as Shakur. It’s not the same boxing prowess. I’m not worried about anything about Davis, I’ve been studying him for a long time”.

Davis is considered one of the most promising boxers at present and among his successes he won a silver medal at the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, so he hopes that in his first title defense he can retain and continue to achieve success in his promising career.
