Wimbledon’s tenth day offered a royal spectacle both on and off Centre Court, as Queen Camilla joined a host of celebrities for an afternoon of elite tennis and unexpected moments.

Arriving fresh from a series of royal engagements, Camilla was seen in high spirits at the All England Club, accompanied by her sister Annabel Elliot, after hosting President Macron at Windsor Castle the previous night.

The Queen made her entrance wearing a white animal print dress by Fiona Clare, blending tradition and style for the famed tournament.

Her schedule was as packed as ever, with Camilla meeting players, staff, and fans before settling into the Royal Box-a place where history, celebrity, and sporting drama always collide.

Wimbledon’s Royal Box Steals the Show

One of the day’s most talked-about sights came as Queen Camilla shared her Royal Box seats with Hugh Grant and his wife Anna Elisabet Eberstein.

Grant, famous for his self-deprecating humor and understated British charm, was spotted resting his eyes next to the Queen as Novak Djokovic battled through his quarterfinal clash on Centre Court.

The moment, quickly noticed by fans and photographers, became a social media talking point, a reminder that even celebrities sometimes struggle to keep up with the energy of Wimbledon’s marathon matches.

Camilla’s afternoon began on the players’ lawn, where she met seven-time champion Novak Djokovic just before he faced Italy’s Flavio Cobolli.

“Oh what a treat, how nice to see you. It’s lovely to see you,” Camilla said warmly after being introduced by All England Club chairwoman Debbie Jevans.

The Queen wished Djokovic well, saying she was “keeping her fingers crossed” for his match. Djokovic responded, “It will be my great honour. I appreciate it,” clearly delighted by the royal encouragement.

Her visit also included a friendly exchange with American tennis legend Billie Jean King. “It’s very nice to see you still going strong,” Camilla remarked, to which King replied, “You are too.”

Camilla laughed, “We try, don’t we?” and King thanked her for her ongoing support, “Thank you for being here. It means a lot to us.”

The royal group met with several of Wimbledon’s youngest contributors as well, including 15-year-old ball boy Karsten and ball girl Noreen.

“I’ve never been in a situation like that seeing someone so famous, it was a really good experience,” Karsten said afterward.

Camilla also recognized the work of lead gardener Robin Murphy, who has tended the club’s grounds for more than two decades and oversees 50,000 plants.

“She asked to pass a message on to the team and make sure that all the hard work is recognised,” Murphy said.

Famous Faces and Classic Moments at SW19

Wimbledon’s guest list was a who’s who of British celebrity. Along with Hugh Grant, Princess Anne’s son Peter Phillips attended with his partner Harriet Sperling, while actors Hannah Waddingham, Emily Atack, Jack Whitehall, and Roxy Horner were all seen soaking up the sunshine and the high-stakes matches.

The Queen’s packed day, filled with meetings and tennis, reflected her commitment to public life as she continues to support both royal duties and major cultural events.

Meanwhile, Hugh Grant‘s quick nap next to Camilla provided a touch of comic relief for fans following the tournament’s every move.

As Djokovic marches toward another Wimbledon title, the Royal Box once again proved to be as fascinating as the action on court, showcasing British tradition, global stars, and the human side of its most famous guests.
