Harry Kane was one of the standout players in Bayern Munich‘s run to the Champions League semifinals, scoring one of the four goals in the 4-3 victory over Real Madrid (6-4 on aggregate).

The 32-year-old striker already has his sights set on the first leg against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, April 28, and sent a message of confidence to the team, but also a clear warning to their upcoming opponents.

The German side prevailed in a thrilling tie against Álvaro Arbeloa’s team and will now look to strike again in the Champions League, but this time against a PSG side that also enters as one of the heavy favorites.

In that regard, Kane warned that Bayern is not content with having eliminated Madrid and already has its sights set on the next challenge. In an interview with TNT Sports (via GOAL), the forward highlighted his team’s strength following the victory and sent a clear message about what lies ahead:

If we play at our level, we can beat anyone, including PSG, one of the best teams in Europe.

Buoyed by the recent victory, in which he scored his 50th goal of the season, the forward also admitted: “Beating Real Madrid at this stage of the season gives you a lot of confidence.”
