Erling Haaland celebrated Manchester City‘s victory over Arsenal by posting a photo on Instagram showing his naked torso. The Norwegian striker, who sports shaved armpits like many footballers, showed the world his muscles… and the wounds of his battle with Gabriel in the match against the Gunners (scars, scratches and cuts from neck to waist).

Taking advantage of the photo of Haaland stripping his torso, the English press has recovered the famous 6,000-calorie-a-day diet of Erling to chisel his body and perform at his best.
Erling Haaland explained in his documentary ‘Haaland: The Big Decision’ details about his 6,000-calorie-a-day diet, which includes kebabs and far exceeds the typical 2,500-calorie-a-day diet.
“You don’t eat this, but I care about taking care of my body. I think eating quality food that’s as local as possible is the most important thing. People say meat is bad, but… which one? The meat you buy at McDonald’s? Or the local cow that eats grass right there? I eat the heart and liver,” he said.
On his YouTube channel, he reveals that his shopping list always includes huge steaks, raw honey and milk (which he describes as his ‘magic potion’).
The Norwegian recommends taking an early morning walk in the sun and enjoys savoring freshly baked sourdough bread every morning.
Haaland eats eggs with sourdough bread and a cup of coffee with maple syrup for breakfast, and one of his typical meals is sea bass, asparagus and egg fried rice.
