There is no doubt that the fight between David Adeleye and Jamie Tshikeva will be a thrilling encounter when they face each other on Saturday, April 5 in Manchester, England.

Both fighters promise a tough battle for the British heavyweight title that the whole world is already looking forward to this colossal clash.

The stellar role in the ring at the Co-op Live Arena promises thrills and plenty of adrenaline as the Commonwealth Super Lightweight title will be on the line, where 31-year-old Tshikeva is looking to make a statement in what could be his last chance to be a headline act and make the big leap in his career.

The 28-year-old is looking to establish himself as a big boxing star in the UK.

“I’m ready to show what I’m capable of,” Tshikeva said in a recent interview about his upcoming fight. “It’s a great opportunity for me, and I’m not going to let it slip away.”

What’s at stake between Adeleye and Tshikeva?

For this fight, both pugilists have been working hard to arrive with their best weapons, as they know that in addition to prestige and international recognition, there is also a juicy purse at stake that would be around £100,000 ($128,840).

While the exact prize for the winner of the fight is not known on this occasion, this was at least the estimate that was had in the last meeting of David Adeleye when he faced Solomon Dacres in December last year at Wembley.

“I learned a lot from my last title fight. I’m coming back stronger and smarter. Tshikeva is a tough opponent, but I’m ready for whatever he brings,” Adeleye said of what he expects on Saturday.
