Cristiano Ronaldo once again took center stage as Al-Nassr secured a decisive 3-0 win over Al-Kholood in Buraidah, a result that carried weight in the Saudi Pro League title race.

With pressure mounting near the top of the table, the visitors knew only a victory would keep their ambitions alive, and they delivered a composed performance highlighted by a moment that quickly went viral.

Al-Nassr controlled the match from the opening whistle, dictating tempo and spending long stretches in the attacking half. Al-Kholood managed to hold firm through the first half, but that resistance ended shortly after the restart. Just two minutes into the second half, the breakthrough arrived through a familiar Portuguese connection.

A perfect play that ended with a goal

João Félix made a perfectly timed run to beat the offside line and showed composure inside the box, squaring the ball for Cristiano Ronaldo to finish into an empty net. The goal was straightforward, yet its significance was clear. It was Ronaldo’s 17th league goal of the season and the 961st of his professional career, moving him closer to the historic 1,000-goal mark.

What followed made as many headlines as the goal itself. Ronaldo turned toward the crowd and launched into his trademark “Siu” celebration, only to be joined moments later by Félix, who mirrored the iconic move alongside his captain. The synchronized celebration symbolized the growing chemistry between the two Portuguese stars and underscored the confidence flowing through the squad.

Al-Nassr added two more goals to seal the 3-0 victory, a result that reshaped the league standings and sent a clear message to their title rivals. Beyond the points, the image of Ronaldo and Félix celebrating together became one of the defining moments of the night, blending individual legacy with collective momentum as the season enters a decisive stretch.
