Benavidez responds to Canelo Alvarez like Superman: “I’m the most dangerous man in the world”

A few days ago, Canelo Alvarez criticized David Benavidez for thinking he was “Superman and not even a champion”, when talking about why he does not accept that fight.

Not in so many words, but it is now Red Flag who demonstrates his high confidence and the reason why the champions do not accept to fight against him.

David Benavidez: “I’m the most dangerous, but the least paid”

In an interview with Mystic Zach, Benavidez (30-0) believes he is not mentioned among the great fighters because of the danger he poses.

“I feel like my name is not mentioned because I am the most dangerous fighter in the world, but the least money is paid for,” he said. “All these fighters, I think, see everything as a business. It wasn’t like that, but I feel like the dynamic is changing.”

“In my opinion, Canelo could do his best fight against me because it would be the best fight in boxing. We would give the fans a lot of excitement, but Canelo wanted to go another way. He wanted to fight someone who was coming up from 147 pounds, a smaller guy,” said the undefeated boxer.

Canelo Alvarez’s snub shows the greatness of Benavidez

Full of confidence, David Benavidez is sure of his quality, which is confirmed by the attitude of fighters such as Canelo Alvarez, Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev.

It doesn’t discourage me. It motivates me more because now I know that they are putting me down for a reason… I had a feeling that these people were not ignoring me publicly. Now it shows how good I am.

“It will be a fight for him (Canelo) because Terence Crawford is a great fighter, but it would be better for the people if he fought someone in his own category.”
