Mexico will be one of the three host countries for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, welcoming matches in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey. Fans traveling during spring and summer will encounter different climates in each city, along with a cultural and culinary scene that is part of the experience at every venue.

Mexico City combines history and urban life; from traditional markets to bustling avenues, the area around Estadio Banorte allows visitors to feel the city come alive as match day approaches. Guadalajara offers a balance between modernity and local traditions, while Monterrey reflects northern Mexico’s identity with its rich culinary and cultural heritage. In each city, sampling tacos al pastor, chilaquiles, pozole, mole, tamales, chiles en nogada, or cochinita pibil is an essential part of the experience that fans shouldn’t miss.
