Vinicius Jr. was once again in the spotlight for a substitution. This time it was not in the eyes of the Bernabeu like on the day of El Clasico, but in the eyes of the 57 million followers he has on Instagram. Annoyed by the whistles he heard during the substitution, the Brazilian changed his profile picture on Instagram shortly after the referee blew the whistle at the end of the Real Madrid-Sevilla match. In a fit of rage, just 10 minutes after the end of the match, from the dressing room, Viniremoved the image he had holding the Real Madrid shirtand replaced it with one playing a match with his national team.

The Real Madrid No.7 left the game in the 83rd minute to boos and some applause from the Madrid fans, generating a clear division of opinion. The Brazilian did not take long to react with this controversial move that only adds fuel to the fire in his relationship with the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. In addition, he published a couple of images of the match against Sevilla with three dots.

The Brazilian’s laughter on the bench when Talavera scored the 2-3 goal did not go down well with the Madrid fans, who are no longer happy with the Real Madrid player, who is also not making a difference on the pitch. The fact that he has gone 14 games in a row without winning does not help Vini to reconcile with the Bernabeu.

This latest gesture, removing his image with the Real Madrid shirt from his social networks, is another chapter in this cold war between Vini and the fans. Meanwhile, the Brazilian still has not renewed his contract..
