Unrivaled League 2026 Schedule: Key dates and how to watch every game

The WNBA season may be two months in the rearview mirror, but the break never truly feels complete. Fans barely have time to exhale before they start missing the players who define the league. That gap is exactly where Unrivaled Basketball has found its place, offering meaningful competition when the calendar would normally go quiet.

Built by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, Unrivaled was designed as a domestic offseason option for elite players. No overseas commitments, no disappearing acts. Just high-level three-on-three basketball, played in front of a growing national audience. The idea resonated quickly, drawing attention from outlets and strong buy-in from players across the WNBA.

Year one proved the concept worked. Packed rosters, competitive games, and real stakes turned Unrivaled from an experiment into a fixture. That momentum now carries directly into 2026, with the league expanding from six teams to eight and increasing its player pool to 48.

A bigger league and a tighter calendar

The 2026 Unrivaled season runs from early January through the first week of March, with a brief pause in February for the return of the 1-on-1 tournament. Games will air across TNT and TruTV, continuing Turner Sports’ growing presence in women’s basketball coverage.

Key dates to know

  • January 5: Opening night of the regular season
  • February 11 to February 14: 1-on-1 Tournament
  • February 28: Playoffs, First Round
  • March 2: Playoffs, Semifinals
  • March 4: Championship Game

The expanded schedule allows for more matchups, more rivalries, and more experimentation with lineups that fans rarely get to see elsewhere. Teammates from the WNBA will face off. Former opponents will share the floor. Younger players will test themselves against established stars in a format that leaves little room to hide.

Breeze BC enters the season as one of the most intriguing rosters, built around youth and upside. At the same time, veteran-heavy teams bring experience that often decides close games in the three-on-three format. Add in the return of the 1-on-1 tournament, which last season delivered some of the most viral moments of the year, and Unrivaled once again feels positioned as essential winter viewing.

The offseason no longer feels like downtime. For women’s basketball, it has simply changed arenas.
