Tyson Fury mocks Usyk with inflatable doll and sparks fury online

Tyson Fury is back in the spotlight after sharing a video that quickly went viral. The British boxer is no stranger to controversy, whether it’s for his outrageous comments or his antics in the ring. After losing his first fight against Oleksandr Usyk by split decision, Fury claimed the judges favored the Ukrainian for political reasons, igniting even more buzz online.

Now, there’s talk of a potential third bout between the two, one that would complete the Fury-Usyk trilogy. Although Fury once hinted at retirement, signs now point to a return in 2026. Even Usyk’s manager, Sergey Lapin, told ESPN that a third fight is already being considered, with the goal of becoming three-time consecutive champions.

On his personal Instagram account, Fury posted a video where he appears with an inflatable doll featuring a photo of Usyk’s face taped to it. The caption read: “Just getting ready for @usykaa fight but in the meanwhile I’ll be at it #livinglife.” As expected, the clip drew mixed reactions. Comments ranged from “He’s beat you twice and was respectful, you’re just lowering yourself,” to “This is how a legend f—s up his legacy,” and even “Fury, you look more like this inflatable doll.”

A rivalry that keeps heating up frustration or strategy?

In both previous bouts, Fury was defeated by Usyk. After that, he announced his retirement only to walk it back. What he’s made clear is his stance: he believes he should’ve won both times. It’s unclear whether his public mockery stems from frustration or if it’s simply his way of staying in the spotlight.

Laughter can be heard from the group surrounding him in the video, clearly enjoying the moment. Meanwhile, Usyk is first set to face Daniel Dubois. If he wins, a third showdown with Fury could be next, a fight that’s already generating massive anticipation.

Fury has repeatedly said he wants a fair fight this time, free of biased judges or favoritism. He’s still convinced Usyk didn’t beat him cleanly, and although he claims he’s ready to let things unfold however they may, he never stops reminding people that, in his eyes, he was the rightful winner.
