Giorgio Barone: “No milk. Humans are the only animals that drink the milk of other animals”
Chef Giorgio Barone, Cristiano Ronaldo’s former personal cook, has shared on ‘covers.com’ that the great secret of the former Real Madrid player lies in the absence of milk in his diet.
“Nothing about milk… Humans are the only animals that drink the milk of other animals. No other animal drinks milk after three months. Calves don’t drink milk after three months. Animals don’t drink the milk of other animals,” explains the chef.
The Portuguese footballer loves avocado, fresh fish and generally opts for foods that are high in protein and low in fat, such as chicken. He also includes salad, whole grains such as quinoa and fresh fruit in his daily diet. His favorite dish is grilled cod.
“To start breakfast, he has avocado with coffee, eggs and no sugar. Absolutely no sugar. For lunch he usually eats chicken, fish and always vegetables. If he needs carbohydrates, he gets them from the vegetables, so he doesn’t need anything made with flour. No pasta, bread or other types of food. In the evening, he eats light, usually fish or meat fillet. Always accompanied by vegetables,” said Giorgio Barone.
“I agree with Haaland’s diet, which consists of eating offal: liver, heart and brain”
Cristiano Ronaldo, who has completely eliminated soft drinks, joins Erling Haaland’s much-discussed eating habits.
“I agree with Erling Haaland’s diet, which consists of eating offal. Liver, heart and brain are very healthy foods. They are superfoods. Cristiano also liked liver. I love it. It is very rich in iron and is important in the diet, so I approve of the offal, but not the milk,” shared Barone.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s latest body fat percentage stands at a staggering seven per cent (Premier League stars have it between eight and 12 per cent).
