Angel Reese was one of 18 players who participated in the US team’s training camp in Durham, North Carolina, which took place between December 12 and 14.

All of them were recognized by their teams, which shared clips of their most notable plays or short interviews. However, Sky did not post anything about Reese.
The truth is that Sky’s latest Instagram posts show birthday wishes to coach Tyler Marsh and Kamilla Cardoso as Brazil’s star in the AmeriCup, along with posts about discounts on official team merchandise. On X, the situation changes, but only because they have reposted the posts in which the official USA Basketball account has mentioned them.
This situation upset the team’s fans, and they did not hesitate to show their discontent on X: “Every single team posted their players at USA Basketball training camp except for one team,” one of them began.

Angel remains with Sky
In early September, the relationship between the 23-year-old star and the team suffered a breakdown after Angel publicly criticized her teammates in an interview with the Chicago Tribune.
Although Reese apologized for her comments, the Sky suspended her from the game against the Las Vegas Aces on September 7, as they deemed her comments “harmful” to the team and she was ruled out for the first half of the game, straining relations.
For this reason, fans believe the team could trade her, although she recently stated that she will continue to play for Chicago. “I’m under contract. I plan on returning to the Sky, continuing to talk to Tyler, and building that relationship with Jeff and Tyler,” she said.
