Since the arrival of 2026, the personal and professional environment of Dak Prescott has been turbulent. The way he ended last season with the Dallas Cowboys plus the shocking news about him and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, calling off their destination wedding in Italy, has put his future under many doubts.
However, it seems that he is about to find the light in this tunnel full of darkness. According to Ernestine Sclafani, wife of veteran sports commentator Skip Bayless, good news will find Prescott before the regular season begins. She predicted that the couple will be back together… and likely married by the time the 2026 NFL season kicks off!!!
Sclafani’s no blowout theory
The split between Prescott and Ramos sent shockwaves through social media, mainly because it took place during what was supposed to be a celebratory trip in the Bahamas. With their Lake Como wedding booked for April, the sudden cancellation led many to assume a catastrophic break-up.
On a recent episode of The Skip Bayless Show, Skip himself offered a more balanced perspective. According to him , the information he has gathered suggests a far more civilized parting of ways. He said:
“I read they had no problem. There was no big blowout, and nothing happened. They just both decided it wasn’t going to work. But they’re going to co-parent.”
While Skip focused on the logistical side of the situation, his wife, Ernestine, leaned a bit more into her intuition. Ernestine, who has often provided a different lens to Skip’s-sometimes hot-takes, believes their relationship is far from over. She stated:
“I think they’ll get back together. I can’t promise that, but I have a feeling… I’m telling you, by football time, they’ll be back together, and they’ll be married. That’s my prediction
Despite the rumors online saying that Prescott has been sending messages to other women, neither Prescott nor Ramos has confirmed any of these theories. Instead, both have requested privacy and appear deeply focused on their roles as parents to their two young girls.
