Retired gymnast and social media influencer Livvy Dunne recently gave fans a glimpse into her home life, showing that even internet-famous personalities experience the same family chaos as everyone else.

The 23-year-old, who has built a substantial online presence since retiring from collegiate gymnastics, shared a playful TikTok while spending Christmas Eve with her loved ones, delighting followers with her humor and relatability.

The video, which has already attracted 1.2 million views, captures a candid moment between Dunne and her younger cousins. It opens with a sped-up clip of family members chatting excitedly on a sofa, set to audio of people cheering.

Dunne then pans the camera to herself, lip-syncing along to a comical voiceover in which she pretends to say, “Ladies, I’m trying to do my work today. Leave me alone, type s***.”

The playful scene is accompanied by overlay text that reads, “Trying to bond with my younger cousins but remembering my name is a brainrot term,” poking fun at her viral internet persona.

In the caption, Dunne referenced one fan’s question about whether she had met “Baby Gronk,” a 13-year-old social media star often compared to NFL player Rob Gronkowski. Dunne’s connection to the young influencer, whose real name is Madden San Miguel, dates back to 2023, when the two collaborated on a video that has since amassed more than 1.9 million views on YouTube.

That clip highlighted the teen’s “Rizz game,” a slang term for charisma that was named Oxford University Press’s 2023 Word of the Year, further cementing Dunne‘s finger on the pulse of internet culture.

From gymnastics to social media stardom

Since retiring from competitive gymnastics, Dunne has successfully navigated the transition into online content creation and modeling. She made headlines earlier this year when she executed a split on the runway during the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show on May 31, captivating audiences with a display of her athletic prowess.

Reflecting on the moment in a Rolling Stone interview, Dunne revealed the move was a spontaneous decision, demonstrating her confidence and flair for showmanship.

Beyond her career milestones, Dunne shares glimpses of her personal life, including her relationship with professional baseball player Paul Skenes. Despite her high-profile career and viral fame, she still embraces lighthearted, everyday moments, like playful interactions with family.

Her TikTok on Christmas Eve highlights that even with her online recognition, Dunne can enjoy simple holiday traditions while humorously acknowledging her online reputation.
