Caitlin Clark has taken the collectibles world by storm despite a season hampered by injuries, as the Indiana Fever guard has become the most-collected active basketball player in trading cards, surpassing NBA stars like LeBron James and Stephen Curry.

According to grading data from Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Clark has roughly 136.7K cards graded, making her the top active player in the hobby.

PSA president Ryan Hoge noted the unprecedented demand her cards have generated since entering the market 2.5 years ago.

“Collectors can’t get enough of Caitlin Clark,” Hoge told USA Today. “Clark’s cards have generated record-breaking demand since entering the collectibles market 2.5 years ago. She’s risen to the No. 1 most-collected (active) basketball player, up from No. 6 in 2024.”

Clark trails only the legendary six-time NBA champion Michael Jordan in PSA rankings, who has about 206K graded cards, while the San Antonio Spurs‘ Victor Wembanyama follows with roughly 110.2K.

Her trading card dominance continues despite injuries limiting her WNBA season to just 13 games, highlighting her remarkable off-court influence as she continues to drive women’s basketball into a golden era with every trip to the basket.

Beyond the court, Clark‘s marketability is unmatched. Her presence has shifted perceptions in women’s basketball and trading cards alike, demonstrating her value not only as an athlete but as a cultural icon in the sport.

Even after a disappointing season, she continues to outshine many of her male counterparts in influence, inspiring the next generation of athletes.

Her return to full health promises both elite on-court performance and sustained dominance in the collectibles market.

Clark shows off skills for Team USA in encouraging video

The ex-Iowa Hawkeyes standout has returned to full health, showing off her signature step-back three in a Team USA practice video. The display signals she is ready for international play and adds optimism for her WNBA season and the 2026 FIBA World Cup.

Clark, who led Iowa to back-to-back National Championship appearances in 2023 and 2024, continues to impress as she works toward full recovery for the Indiana Fever. Her leadership and skill set have made her one of the game’s most exciting young stars.

“Being hurt is a very isolating thing,” Clark said, adding that supporting her teammates helped her push through, showing her leadership and resilience. With her health restored, she reports being “great to be back to 100%,” reassuring fans and collectors alike.

Clark‘s combination of skill, resilience, and market appeal highlights her versatility as she remains a dominant force, both as a player and as a brand, reinforcing her status as one of the brightest stars in women’s basketball today.

Eyes now turn to whether she will be on court when the Indiana Fever opens the 2026 WNBA season in May, and whether they can avenge their loss to the Las Vegas Aces in the semifinals.
