There’s nothing better than watching a striker on a hot streak, and Folarin Balogun is delivering exactly that. The AS Monaco forward continues to shine, scoring spectacular goals – including his latest stunner against Olympique de Marseille – in what is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about runs in Ligue 1.

The Balogun goal everyone is talking about

Balogun stepped up in the 74th minute to seal a 2-1 win, extending Monaco’s streak to seven straight victories and cementing their status as one of the hottest teams in France.

This moment also underlines his red-hot form ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where he’s expected to play a major role for the United States men’s national soccer team.

Balogun’s form is turning heads

Across his last seven matches for club and country, Balogun has been directly involved in seven goals – elite production that’s putting him firmly on the radar of top European clubs.

With growing interest from teams in the Premier League, a return to England could be on the horizon. The striker began his professional journey with Arsenal and also had a loan spell at Middlesbrough.

Right now, though, Balogun is locked in – and playing the kind of football that makes him must-watch every time he steps on the pitch.
