The ATP Finals are without question one of the most popular tennis events of the year. Formerly known as the Masters Grand Prix and the Tennis Masters Cup, the tournament represents the end of a season where the year’s best eight men compete to get the prestigious silverware.

Since its first edition in 1970, the tournament has crowned an elite list of champions. Below is the full singles winners list, with runners up and result obtained in the final. All these champions reflect the changing face of men’s tennis.

The ATP Finals has served as a stage for the greatest in men’s tennis, with the most condecorated champions being Novak Djokovic (7 titles), Roger Federer (6), Ivan Lendl and Pete Sampras (5 each).
