“You asked for it”: Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers stole the show at the NBA Magic-Knicks game

With 10 wins and 34 losses, Chicago Sky and Dallas Wings tied for the worst record in the league, ending a season to forget.

However, their stars Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers kept their fans entertained, especially after the All-Star Game, where they shared content together on social media. Now, they have stolen the spotlight once again.

Reese and Bueckers, together again

Angel closed out her second season with the Sky averaging 14.7 points, 12.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. Paige, meanwhile, had a great first year, becoming the 2025 Rookie of the Year and averaging 19.2 points, 5.4 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.6 steals in 36 games with the Wings.

Taking advantage of the WNBA offseason, both attended the New York Knicks game against the Orlando Magic, just days after announcing that Reese’s would be collaborating with the Oreo cookie brand.

Reese’s presence at the Magic games is not surprising, as her boyfriend, Wendell Carter Jr., is the team’s starting center. In New York, the Chicago star sought to continue adding brands and collaborations, something Paige also seems to have done.

On her official Instagram account, Bayou Barbie shared several stories alongside the Wings’ number 5 in collaboration with Oreo. Dressed in the brand’s orange and light blue apparel, the two danced together and posed next to Reese’s crackers. Although the Magic lost 106-100 to the Knicks, it was the two of them who stole the show.

Meanwhile, while Bueckers and Reese are enjoying basketball, cookies, and dancing, the Wings star is preparing to make her debut in Unrivaled, the 3-on-3 league co-founded in 2023 by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, in which Angel will not participate.

Paige will belong to the Breeze team, alongside stars such as Aari McDonald of the Indiana Fever, Dominique Malonga of the Seattle Storm, Kate Martin of the Golden State Valkyries, and Cameron Brinck and Rickea Jackson of the LA Sparks.
