Unrivaled 1-on-1 Tournament 2025: Dates, start time, how to watch, players, and everything you need to know

The Unrivaled 1-on-1 Tournament, presented by Sprite, is set to make history in 2025, bringing a fresh and exciting competition format to women’s basketball.

Featuring 30 elite players, the event will take place over three days-February 10, 11, and 14-with a total prize pool of $350,000.

Fans will have a say in shaping the competition, as they will vote to determine player seedings before the bracket is officially revealed in early February.

The tournament will be broadcast on TNT, truTV, and Max, ensuring widespread access for viewers.

Key Dates and Ticket Sales

Tickets will be available through Unrivaled’s website via Ticketmaster, with an exclusive pre-sale for newsletter subscribers before general sales open.

  • January 29 – Pre-sale tickets available to Unrivaled newsletter subscribers
  • January 30 – Public ticket sales open & fan voting begins for player seedings
  • February 2 – Fan voting closes
  • Early February – Bracket reveal

Tournament Format and Broadcast Schedule

The tournament follows a single-elimination format for all rounds except the final, which will be a best-of-three series. The top two seeds in Pods A and D will receive a first-round bye.

February 10 (First Round – 14 games)

  • truTV: 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET
  • TNT & truTV: 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. ET

February 11 (Second Round & Quarterfinals – 12 games)

  • truTV: 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. ET

February 14 (Semi-finals & Finals – Best-of-Three Series)

  • TNT & truTV: 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. ET

Prize Money Breakdown

The tournament’s $350,000 prize pool will be distributed as follows:

  • Champion – $200,000
  • Runner-up – $50,000
  • Semi-finalists – $25,000 each
  • Winner’s clubmates – $10,000 each

Each pod is designed to ensure a competitive balance based on player skill, position, and potential matchups. Within the groups, fans will vote on seeding, which will determine matchups in a 1 vs. 8, 2 vs. 7, 3 vs. 6, and 4 vs. 5 format.

Tournament Rules

  • All games in the First and Second Rounds, Quarterfinals, and Semi-finals will be single elimination.
  • Games will be played to 11 points or 10 minutes, whichever happens first.
  • Seven-second shot clock per possession.
  • Make-it, take-it rule applies-if a player scores, they retain possession.
  • Standard scoring applies: two-pointers count for two points, three-pointers count for three points.
  • Finals will be a best-of-three series.

How to Watch the Unrivaled 1-on-1 Tournament

Fans can tune in to the action live on TNT, truTV, and Max, while Canadian viewers can watch via TSN+. YouTube Live will provide international coverage. Updates will be available throughout the season via Unrivaled Basketball’s social media channels.
