Doncic to return to Los Angeles on Friday after treatment for injury in Madrid
Luka Doncic suffered a hamstring strain, from which he was treated in Madrid, and Reaves suffered a sprain during the Lakers’ loss to the Thunder on April 2 in Oklahoma City, and neither returned during the regular season.
The Los Angeles press reports that the former Real Madrid player will return to Los Angeles on Friday after his trip to Spain to receive treatment for his hamstring.
Reaves is in Los Angeles and shot free throws with several teammates after practice on Tuesday. The forecast is that the shooting guard will be out for the entire first round.
Officially, the Lakers have not set a timetable for the recovery of either player, as these muscle injuries usually require at least a month to recover.
