It’s no secret that the Boston Red Sox are going through a rough patch at the start of the season and, as expected, many critical opinions are focused on the boss, manager Alex Cora, who has just broken his silence and expressed his perspective on this issue that concerns everyone.

Red Sox experiencing a losing streak

A recent streak of five straight losses has caused the noise from the stands to be greater and the number of voices crying out for a change of direction to grow, and the manager knows this, which is why he spoke out before the pressure continues to mount.

The frustration of the fans is even greater, because they claim that the team has no soul and has come out to give deplorable performances, and they strongly demand new leadership, while their patience is running out.

The Red Sox have a 27-31 record, so the storm, although not major, is beginning to take shape, especially on the defensive side, to which Cora replied: “I don’t like it. Every night it happens, I get home, I look at it and I wonder, ‘How can we improve this?” concluded Cora, who knows that his margin for error is getting smaller and smaller and that the name of Roman Anthony is dangerously present.
