In case there were any doubts about his growth in the NBA, Santi Aldama equaled his scoring high against the Utah Jazz. Three days after scoring 37 points against the Washington Wizards, the Spaniard reached that figure again, this time at the Delta Center in Utah, and this time to help his team to victory, 128-137

It is the second time this season that Aldama has reached 30 points, and both times he has finished with 37. Previously, against the Kings, he had reached 29 in what until now was his best score of the campaign, a mark that was pulverized twice in just three days. In addition, the Jazz and Grizzlies met for the second time this season and on both occasions there was a flurry of points: 130-126 in the first and 128-137 in the second.Santi Aldama was a starter in the game and ended up playing 34 minutes. The 37 points scored came on 13/21 from the field and, above all, 7/13 from three-point range. He also managed 4/7 from the free throw line. Five rebounds, seven assists and one steal completed a stat line that only demonstrates that his growth with the Grizzlies and in the NBA is unstoppable. With him on the court, Memphis ensured a +5 against the Jazz

Additionally, for the Grizzlies, who snapped a two-game losing streak, Jaren Jackson Jr. had 21 points with seven rebounds, G.G. Jackson added 18 points and Cam Spencer recorded 11 points and 13 assists, a career high, as the starting point guard.

The Jazz were without Lauri Markkanen and Kyle Filipowski was the surprise leading scorer with 25 points, also grabbing 13 rebounds. Keyonte George added 24 points and Taylor Hendricks contributed 21 off the bench.
