Politics can be very polarizing, especially during election years. That has been amplified during the last three elections, as Donald Trump has strongly divided opinions among the United States people. Despite his divisive nature, he has had an incredible amount of support from working class citizens and also high-profile celebrities. Ryan Garcia was one of those.

The enigmatic boxer wasn’t shy about voicing his support for Trump during the election cycle. He posted a picture with him during Election Day, with the caption, “Bring it home. AMERICA FIRST. Trump for the KO. No other choice for America.” Garcia had it clear that Trump was the right pick to lead the country, but current events have the boxer regretting his decision.

The boxer has really found himself persdonally since dealing with a one-year suspension, and he hasn’t been afraid to speak on important topics.

A week ago, Garcia posted a message for men who are struggling with mental health. He, himself, has struggled with “heavy depression“, which led to abusing alcohol and drugs. Garcia may not be in his best form in the ring, but outside of it, he is becoming a champion.
