No one expected Ryan Garcia to fall back to his old ways ahead of his return from a one-year suspension, but it’s perhaps been somewhat surprising to see how even-keeled he’s been. Before fighting Devin Haney last year, Garcia went on a social media rampage and practically scared all of his fans with demented and concerning posts and messages.

Despite questions surrounding his mental health, Garcia dominated Haney in the ring, albeit with an unfair advantage. Since then, Garcia has been transparent about his struggles with alcohol.
