Rob Gronkowski “humiliates” Tom Brady with an embarrassing comment about the Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 15 of the 2025 NFL season. In just less than three hours, it was just another Sunday for Pete Carroll’s team. Just 75 total yards, getting shut out again, and making an easy case the worst professional football team in recent memory.

The Silver and Black served as the perfect rival for an Eagles team that came in on a three-game skid and had only scored more than 20 points one time since October. Philadelphia put up 31 points on the Raiders before playing their backups for almost the entirety of the fourth quarter.

The Raiders are far from a competitive football team under Carroll and his staff, that broadcasters and media are ashamed of watching even two quarters of Las Vegas football.

Gronkowski goes off on Tom Brady’s team

During the FOX halftime show, Rob Gronkowski, Tom Brady’s friend and teammate, commented about Las Vegas, which is now viewed as a humiliation by the team’s fans.

When you play the Raiders, it’s like putting Neosporin on your cut. They heal those wounds.”… “Jacksonville lost two in a row and got back on track, then it was Dallas, now it’s Philly.

Rob Gronkowski

The ex tight end stated.

Gronkowski didn’t say something that the world didn’t know. The Raiders are hard to watch for everyone, but NFL teams circle their calendar as a game that serves to fix all pains.

What’s next for the Raiders?

The Davis family and Tom Brady gambled the present and future on Pete Carroll, the old veteran that could bring stability, great defense, and a competitive offense. The problem is that instead of going for a quarterback, they went for a veteran mid-table quarterback who hasn’t worked, even with offensive changes in the staff.

This is a Las Vegas team that lost badly to the 3-10 Washington Commanders and the 3-10 Cleveland Browns. They got blown out by the Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys, both of whom were eliminated from the playoffs.

For now, the Silver and Black will have to endure some weeks of torture, yes, boring games, maybe only 75 yards of total offense, or even games lasting only two and a half hours, devastating comments from the media and the fans.

Maybe Carroll survives the season and the offseason, maybe he won’t, but what is a reality is that this team hasn’t done a lot to have any hope of improving for the next season or another. This era seems to be costing the franchise half a decade.
