Paige Bueckers, the rising star guard for the Dallas Wings, is already generating significant attention for her second professional season, not just for her continued growth in the WNBA, but also for an exciting reunion in the growing Unrivaled 3-on-3 basketball league.
After a promising rookie season, Bueckers finds herself paired once again with a familiar face in Cameron Brink, igniting excitement among fans and analysts as the Unrivaled season approaches.

At a recent Unrivaled media day, Bueckers expressed how meaningful it is to be back on the court with Brink, noting she hadn’t played alongside her since they were around 17 years old. She emphasized the mutual respect and camaraderie they’ve maintained over the years, both on and off the hardwood.
“I haven’t played with Cam since we were like 17 years old,” Bueckers told reporters on Zoom.
“We’ve always supported each other, and we’ve always talked about being teammates in the future…I’ve always enjoyed being with Cam and all that she does on the basketball court & who she is as a human.”
Brink, the Los Angeles Sparks forward and former Stanford standout, shared similar enthusiasm. She praised Bueckers for her rapid transition into the professional game and highlighted her teammate’s unique skills. Brink specifically mentioned Bueckers‘ versatile mid-range scoring and underrated defensive abilities, which she believes will make Breeze BC a formidable team in the upcoming Unrivaled season.
“You know it’s like once in a lifetime opportunity someone has, you know, as great a player she is, I think her mid-range game is going to tear people up,” said Brink. “I think she’s a really great defender, which she doesn’t get enough credit for.”
A new chapter in Unrivaled
With the second season of the Unrivaled League approaching, Bueckers will lead Breeze BC alongside Brink and other notable talents, creating a blend of emerging stars and established professionals.
The league, which debuted in 2025, has quickly become a prominent offseason destination for WNBA players seeking high-level competition in a different format. Breeze BC, based in Miami, will begin its campaign in January 2026 with a full schedule that promises intense matchups and opportunities for standout performances.
