Messi’s bodyguard steals the spotlight with epic save while playing with the GOAT and his kids

Ever since Messi arrived at Inter Miami, pitch invasions have skyrocketed. The excitement of seeing a living legend in America has fans doing whatever it takes to get close to him.

That’s why Messi and the club made sure his bodyguard is always nearby. But Yassine Cheuko isn’t just a shadow on the sidelines-he’s become a familiar face, even in Messi’s more personal moments. And his latest “save” has fans buzzing.

Cheuko’s skills go beyond protection

Cheuko, known for his insane martial arts skills, has shown time and time again that he’ll do whatever it takes to protect Messi. He’s sprinted, tackled, and even flown through the air to keep the Argentine star safe.

This time, though, he wasn’t stopping a fan, he was stopping himself and a ball coming from Messi’s son, who has clearly inherited his dad’s skills. In a moment of split-second reflexes, Cheuko launched himself like a goalkeeper, not only avoiding a collision with Messi’s son but also preventing a goal, proving once again that his instincts are always on point. In a parallel world, it’s likely that Messi would share a team with his current bodyguard, feeling completely safe in goal, as his agility transcends all sports.

It’s hard to picture Lionel Messi’s bodyguard ever letting his guard down, whether it’s shielding him from overenthusiastic fans or, apparently, making sure no ball gets past him either. But beyond his role as Messi’s protector, Yassine Cheuko has become much more than just an employee.

From protector to family friend

Over time, Cheuko has seamlessly integrated into Messi’s inner circle, not just watching over the football icon but also sharing moments with his kids. What started as a professional responsibility has evolved into something more personal as he’s not just there to keep Messi safe, he’s become an apparent friend.

And it’s clear that he’s enjoying every bit of it. Whether he’s blocking potential threats or blocking shots from Messi’s kids, Cheuko keeps proving that he can handle just about anything thrown his way.
