Maxx Crosby’s sister swaps teams, makes bold announcement after Pro Bowl star joins Ravens

The blockbuster trade sending Maxx Crosby from the Las Vegas Raiders to the Baltimore Ravens didn’t just spark reactions around the NFL, it also prompted a notable response from inside the star pass rusher’s own family.

Shortly after the deal was confirmed, Crosby’s sister, Milla Crosby, appeared to embrace Baltimore as her new team, drawing attention from fans who quickly noticed the shift on social media.

Crosby’s sister, Milla Crosby, signalled a change in her NFL allegiance in the wake of the trade, embracing Baltimore shortly after the deal became public.

On her Instagram story, Milla shared a photo of her brother in Ravens gear, writing, “To new beginnings!!! Officially a Ravens fan. See you in the fall Baltimore!”

The trade itself marked one of the biggest early moves of the offseason. Baltimore reportedly sent two first-round draft picks to Las Vegas, including the No. 14 selection in the upcoming draft and another first-rounder in 2027, to acquire the five-time Pro Bowler.

For the Ravens, the deal represents an aggressive push to bolster their defense after a season in which the unit struggled to generate consistent pressure on opposing quarterbacks. For the Raiders, the move signals a pivot toward a longer-term rebuild built around valuable draft capital.

A new chapter begins for the Ravens’ newest defensive star

Crosby’s departure from Las Vegas closes a significant chapter in the Raiders’ recent history. Drafted in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft out of Eastern Michigan University, he quickly emerged as one of the league’s most productive edge rushers.

Over seven seasons with the Raiders, Crosby developed into a defensive cornerstone. He earned five Pro Bowl selections and established himself as one of the NFL’s most disruptive players, compiling 69.5 sacks and 133 tackles for loss during his tenure with the franchise.

Despite his individual success, sustained team success proved elusive. The Raiders reached the playoffs only once during Crosby’s time with the organization, a reality that shaped the narrative around his tenure.

After the trade became public, Crosby addressed the transition directly in an emotional message reflecting on his years in Las Vegas.

“Raider Nation has given me everything,” Crosby said. “My family, had the chance to get married, have the most beautiful daughter in the world, grow as a man, as a player, as a leader, a human being. One thing I could say is above all else, is that I gave you everything I got, and I have no regrets about that.”

He added, “I put everything into trying to win as a Raider.”

He also acknowledged the disappointment that came with the team falling short of its ultimate goal.

“Ever since I’ve been here, I’ve had one goal and one mission, and that’s to become the best version of myself and help bring a championship back to the Raider organization,” Crosby said.

“I feel like I left everything I had on the table for this team. I’ve given my heart and soul, and I feel like … I let you all down, man.”

Now, Crosby turns the page in Baltimore, joining a Ravens team that believes it is firmly in championship contention. With Lamar Jackson leading the offense and a defense looking for a dominant edge presence, expectations will be high for the veteran pass rusher to make an immediate impact.
