Lamar Odom’s exclusive revelation about his 2015 overdose in the new trailer for the Netflix documentary

Lamar Odom is a former NBA player who endured significant struggles during his time in the league due to issues beyond the professional realm. Now, years after stepping away from the highest level of the sport he practiced, he opens up in the documentary produced by Netflix about his life.

As with many former athletes, leaving the professional and competitive world is extremely difficult. Nothing and no one prepares them to step away from the spotlight and the attention they generate while active.

For the former NBA player, that transition has been a profound challenge. At least, that is what he makes clear in the preview of the production that has already been released.

The now 46-year-old former NBA player, Lamar Odom, speaks candidly about the overdose he suffered in 2015 in the production The Death & Life of Lamar Odom, which is scheduled to premiere next Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
