Kylie Kelce admits to Jennifer Garner that her kids keep multiplying: could the family grow even more with Jason Kelce?

Kylie Kelce is known to millions as the host of Not Gonna Lie and as the wife of retired NFL star Jason Kelce, but the realities of managing daytoday life with four daughters have added a distinctly personal layer to her public persona.

In a recent appearance on Naptime Cook Club with Jennifer Garner, the 33-year-old podcaster joked that her children “just keep multiplying” while preparing a quick meal during the live segment, a line that captured the unscripted intensity of her life as a mother.

The Kelces share four daughters: Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 4; Bennett, 2; and Finnley, 11 months. With only one child still napping, Kelce laughed candidly about the challenge of trying to make dinner during fleeting quiet moments.

But beneath that lighthearted remark is a deeper look at how she and Jason navigate the very real demands of parenting and partnership.

“I need that, yeah, they just keep multiplying,” Kelce said during the Instagram cooking segment when asked about preparing meals during her kids’ downtime.

She acknowledged that naps are scarce these days, especially with an active 2-year-old who “just keeps going,” highlighting the reality that many families with small children understand all too well.

What parenting looks like after the spotlight

Kelce and Jason, who retired from the Philadelphia Eagles following a 13-year career, have publicly discussed how they’re approaching their children’s future use of social media.

Both say they’ve talked about delaying any introduction to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok until the girls are older, emphasizing the importance of letting them enjoy childhood without the pressures of digital life.

“We are really the first generation that’s had access to social media for as long as we have,” Kylie said in a recent interview, framing the discussion not as avoidance but as a conscious choice based on lived experience.

She has also spoken about modeling positive self-talk for her daughters. In another discussion, Kelce noted that she endeavors to speak “positively” about herself even on tough days because her girls are watching and learning how to navigate self-esteem and confidence.

Jason‘s transition from grueling NFL seasons to life at home has also shaped their family life.

Although retired from professional football, he remains in the public eye through his podcast New Heights with brother Travis Kelce, which blends sports talk with personal stories and guest appearances.

Family ties extend beyond day-to-day home life. Jason recently shared that country singer Chris Stapleton met their youngest daughter, Finnley, before her uncle Travis did, a lighthearted story that underscores how close knit and extended the Kelce family’s circle has become in recent years.
