The great Mexican champion Julio Cesar Chavez was a victim of crime as he shared on his social networks that he was robbed this week and although he said he is fine, he asked the authorities to redouble efforts to end insecurity.

Julio Cesar Chavez, who in addition to being one of the commentators for TV Azteca, also has various activities, as he also has a rehabilitation clinic in which he has helped different people from sporting life, made a brief appearance on his Instagram account to tell what he experienced.

Julio Cesar Chavez: “They put the gun to my head”

Unfortunately, like many other people, Julio Cesar Chavez was the victim of criminals who also threatened the TV Azteca commentator at gunpoint: “Friends, I want to inform you that I am fine, thank God. Thank you for worrying about me. The truth is yes, I was assaulted, they put the gun to my head, they took my watch and my chain. Well, but it is the material, it does not matter, the important thing is that I am talking about it,” he commented in a video on his Instagram account.

Julio Cesar Chavez asked for more surveillance of motorcyclists

In the same video, Julio Cesar Chavez was very emphatic in asking the authorities to pay more attention to motorcyclists, as unfortunately at certain points in the city some motorcyclists appear at peak hours to assault.

“If I want to ask the authorities is that please, all motorcyclists had to stop, all, because they are all those motorcyclists who steal, are the ones who assault, are the ones who kill,” said Chavez.

He ends the video by reiterating his request to the authorities to have control over motorcyclists: “Please, authorities, heed the call. To all motorcyclists, stop them because they bring guns and are the ones who assault, thank you,” concluded JC Chavez who, by the way, was in the facilities of ESPN at the time of recording the video.
