Jason Kelce married Kylie (McDevitt) in April 2018 after beginning their relationship in 2015. A year later, they welcomed their first daughter, Wyatt, who is now six years old.
Then came Elliotte, four, Bennett, two, and most recently, they welcomed Finnley Anne, seven months old. And Ky showed how protective she is of her four girls.
Kylie doesn’t forgive trolls who make fun of her daughters
On her podcast “Not Gonna Lie,” the wife of the Eagles legend answered several questions from her fans, but one of them got on her nerves: “What’s with the boy names?” one user asked in the comments.
After taking a breath and gathering her thoughts, Kylie replied:
“I’ll tell you what’s with the boys’ names. We, my husband and I, liked gender-neutral names for our daughters,” she began.
Regarding the name of her first daughter, Ky explained the process she and Jason went through to choose her name:
“We picked the name Wyatt before we knew the gender of the baby. Obviously, she was a girl and we had already decided on the name Wyatt. We decided we liked it as a boy or as a girl,” she said, adding, “Elliotte’s nickname is Ellie, so you can fu***k off.”
However, her statement did not end there. She reflected on how these types of situations, which are intimate to her family and involve a great deal of effort, such as naming a person, end up being so public and, in this case, questioned:
“The part that I take issue with on people having issues with our names is that I actually didn’t ask. I didn’t ask what you thought about my kids’ names,” Ky said. “My husband and I agreed on the names. We like them.”
Without a doubt, Kylie is a protective mother, and she proved it.
