Jake Paul’s MVP women’s boxing roster gets bigger and better with addition of another world champion

The world of women’s boxing is changing fast, and Jake Paul‘s Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) is at the center of the action.

With the signing of British star Terri Harper, MVP continues to build a roster that has quickly become one of the most formidable in the sport.

Harper, a three-weight world champion who recently captured the WBO lightweight crown, brings not just titles but a reputation for resilience, adaptability, and entertainment.

Harper‘s move is more than just another headline. It signals a calculated push by Jake Paul and business partner Nakisa Bidarian to make women’s boxing more visible and lucrative on both sides of the Atlantic.

In a statement released by MVP, Harper made her excitement clear: “I am excited to join the movement of women’s boxing at MVP. Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul are doing great things for the sport of boxing and for women in particular.

“I’m looking forward to some big nights and big fights ahead. Let’s go!”

MVP’s British Powerhouse

The signing of Harper comes at a time when Most Valuable Promotions is actively expanding its reach in Britain.

Harper is now the sixth British woman on MVP’s books, following Ellie Scotney, Chantelle Cameron, Savannah Marshall, Ramla Ali, and Shannon Courtenay.

This growing presence is not just about numbers-it’s about putting together a squad of champions and contenders who are ready to headline major events.

Harper‘s journey to this point is as compelling as any in boxing. She won her first world title against Finland’s Eva Wahlstrom, taking the WBC super-featherweight crown in just her tenth professional fight.

Her memorable draw against Natasha Jonas and a tough defeat to Alycia Baumgardner were setbacks, but Harper responded by moving up four weight divisions, a risky leap that saw her claim the WBA super-welterweight title over Hannah Rankin.

Even after a challenging spell at welterweight, including a loss to Sandy Ryan, Harper’s resilience showed as she dropped back down to lightweight and took the WBO title from Rhiannon Dixon. The new addition has not gone unnoticed by the MVP team.

“Terri has proven herself as a world champion across three weight classes, cementing her status as both a highly-versatile pound-for-pound athlete and one of the most respected names in British boxing,” MVP’s founders said.

“The UK is a top priority for MVP, and Terri‘s pedigree and power are a perfect fit for our growing international platform.”

A New Era for Women’s Boxing

Jake Paul‘s involvement in boxing has often divided opinion, but his focus on women’s boxing is hard to criticize.

With the likes of Amanda Serrano, who recently signed a lifetime deal with MVP, and Alycia Baumgardner, the promotion is assembling world-class talent with global appeal.

Harper‘s arrival signals another leap forward for MVP’s ambition to deliver blockbuster events and give women’s boxing the stage it deserves.

It is not just about titles or talent. Harper, with her reputation for taking on the toughest fights and rebounding from adversity, fits the culture that MVP is building.

The partnership comes at a time when women’s boxing is enjoying unprecedented exposure, with more broadcast deals and fan engagement than ever before.

For Harper, the move represents a chance to headline major cards, chase more world titles, and inspire the next generation of fighters.

For Jake Paul and MVP, it is proof that investing in women’s boxing is not just good for the sport, it’s changing the game entirely.

As fans look ahead to a slate of major bouts, Terri Harper‘s signature is another statement that MVP is not only raising the profile of women’s boxing but shaping its future.
