Jake Paul, the YouTuber turned boxer, has delivered highlight-reel knockouts and witnessed countless brutal finishes inside the ring. But even Paul was left stunned after watching a devastating punch that shook the boxing world.

The moment came in the opening fight of the evening, where Brazilian prospect Pedro da Silva Conceição landed a single, perfectly timed shot that left his opponent, Cuban fighter Renny Viamonte, completely out cold. It wasn’t just a clean punch it was the kind of strike that had the crowd on its feet instantly, buzzing with disbelief. And Paul’s face showed a rarely seen expression completely stunned.

Referee rushes in as brutal KO leaves crowd in disbelief

Viamonte made the costly mistake of dropping his guard, and Conceição didn’t hesitate to capitalize. His punch landed flush, snapping Viamonte’s head back violently before he crumpled to the canvas. The referee, Alicia Collins, immediately waved it off and rushed to check on the Cuban fighter, who stayed down far longer than anyone would have liked.

As the cameras panned to the VIP area, Jake Paul’s stunned expression told the story. Eyes wide and shaking his head, he looked just like everyone else in the arena caught between awe and concern at the sheer brutality of the moment. Even the DAZN commentary team echoed the sentiment with an unfiltered “Oh my goodness!” as the replay aired on the big screen.

For the fans in attendance, the knockout wasn’t just shocking, it was unforgettable. The noise inside the arena reached another level as people jumped to their feet, phones out, eager to capture a knockout that could very well end up being remembered as the best of the year.

As if that wasn’t enough excitement, the broadcast confirmed the next major chapter in Jake Paul’s boxing career: a blockbuster showdown with Gervonta “Tank” Davis. The fight is set for Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, and will stream live on Netflix, available to all subscribers. The announcement immediately fueled debate across social media, with fans already labeling it one of the can’t miss fights of the year.
