Jake Paul has opened the gates to what may be the most ambitious post-fight purchase in recent boxing history: a $40 million ranch in Georgia that he’s transforming into a private motorsport and lifestyle compound. The property-spanning roughly 6,000 acres-was funded in large part by Paul’s purse from his high-profile bout with Mike Tyson in late 2024, followed by additional earnings from subsequent fights.
While recovering from a double jaw fracture sustained in a later bout, Paul posted a detailed video tour of the land, explaining how the project-nicknamed “Paul Reserve”-is only getting started.
We will be putting an airstrip to land the Global Express Paul Air. This will be a full-on landing strip where we can land the plane… and we will be weaving in a full-on F1 track throughout this area where it’s completely flat.
From boxing purse to racetrack vision for Paul
Paul’s idea flips the usual supercar-owner formula. Instead of collecting rare vehicles first and finding places to drive them later, he’s building the infrastructure first.
“I have these nice cars, everyone has nice cars but then they’re just driving them on the highway. I wanted to do things in reverse. Build the racetrack so I can actually drive the cars.”
His plan goes beyond personal use. Paul envisions a membership-based race club where enthusiasts can own homes along the track, store cars on-site, and even fly in via the private runway.
“I’m going to turn this into a membership club where people can have houses on the track… use the track whenever they want, land the plane on the airstrip and create this sort of race club.”
The flat Georgia terrain was key to the decision. According to Paul, many scenic ranch locations lacked the consistent, level ground required for both a jet-capable runway and a proper circuit layout.
What Paul’s ranch already includes
The property is far from empty. A three-mile driveway leads to four houses and a large workshop. There’s also a fully equipped boxing gym with a ring where Paul trains while on-site, multiple equipment storage buildings, and even a private fuel station for vehicles used across the ranch.
Water access was another must-have.
I needed to be on a lake where you can wake surf, jet ski, go crazy.
He also emphasized climate as a deciding factor.
“I didn’t want it to ever get cold… I wanted to be able to come to this property all year round and have good weather.”
Despite the scale of what’s been built, Paul admits he hasn’t explored much of it yet, estimating he’s seen less than a fifth of the land due to its vast open fields.
For now, construction continues while Paul recovers. But if the plans materialize, the Georgia ranch won’t just be a retreat-it will be a destination blending aviation, motorsports, boxing, and luxury living into a single private playground.
