Edgar Berlanga continues to make waves in the boxing world, and this time Caleb Plant was not spared and was rejected by the Puerto Rican in a possible fight, a fight that many experts are dying to see, as they consider it would be a tremendous battle.

After going 12 rounds with Canelo, fans noticed a change in Berlanga‘s attitude, as he already considers himself a superstar and has made it very clear on social media.

Berlanga wants Munguia

The Puerto Rican boxer has insisted everywhere, his intention to challenge Jaime Munguia in a PPV, reviving once again the rivalry between Mexico and Puerto Rico. A fight that is really not a bad idea, as Americans of both origins would buy that event

Jaime has a 1-2 record in his last three fights and is seen as a top boxer, as is Edgar. We will have to be very attentive if negotiations open in a fight between the two, but first Munguia has to overcome Bruno Surace on May 3 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

He doesn’t want to know anything about Plant

When cataloging himself as a star, Berlanga has no intention of having a fight with Caleb Plant

“You didn’t send me anything. You’re not a damn boss, son of a ****. You work for PBC. What the hell are you talking about? Damn it! I’m the A-side; you’re the B-side! I’m going to send you a contract. You’re going to fight me for $200,000 and I’m going to make $30 million,” Berlanga commented on his social media

The Puerto Rican hopes to secure a million-dollar deal with Saudi promoters to join their events in the Riyadh season. This would give him every chance of fighting Jaime Munguia and Jermall Charlo. We will have to wait and see, but his role as a ‘free agent’ will play a very important role in his future.
