Cristiano Ronaldo Jr.‘s future could once again be linked with Real Madrid. Cristiano Ronaldo’s eldest son trained with the youth team on Tuesday, in a move that points to a possible incorporation in the coming days, according to information from The Athletic and confirmed by MARCA. At the age of 15, the young striker worked with the Cadete A of the Madrid team and, according to this newspaper, he was tested playing in the position of winger and the idea is that he continues training in Valdebebas more days.

He is currently part of the Al Nassr academy, where he has been playing since his father’s arrival in December 2022, and if the move goes through, Ronaldo Jr. would once again follow in his father’s footsteps. The first son of the Portuguese star has already played for the youth teams of Manchester United and Juventus.

Internationally, although he was born in the United States, Ronaldo Jr. has opted for Portugal. He was called up for the first time in May last year and made his debut with the U15s against Japan, continuing his progression in the Portuguese youth ranks.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s potential return to Madrid

Cristiano Jr.’s future as a possible Real Madrid youth player opens up another scenario… with his father. The striker is under contract with the Saudi Arabian side until June 30, 2027 and at 41 years of age he still has his sights set on reaching 1,000 goals as a professional (he has 964).

However, the hypothetical arrival of her son in the Spanish capital could also mean the return of the entire family in the short term, although Cristiano Jr. would always have the option of living in the residence of Real Madrid’s Ciudad Deportiva.

This coming June, he will turn 16 and next season he will be old enough to play at youth level.
