Charles Schwab Challenge 2025: Schedule, tee times, players, how to watch, and everything you need to know

The 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge returns to Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, from May 22 to 25. This historic PGA Tour event, held at the same venue since 1946, features a strong field competing for a $9.5 million purse, with $1.71 million awarded to the winner.

Tournament Schedule

  • May 22 (Thursday): Round 1
  • May 23 (Friday): Round 2
  • May 24 (Saturday): Round 3
  • May 25 (Sunday): Final Round

All rounds will be played on the par-70, 7,289-yard course at Colonial Country Club.

Featured Players

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler headlines the field, aiming for his third consecutive victory after wins at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson and the PGA Championship. Other notable players include Hideki Matsuyama, Tommy Fleetwood, Maverick McNealy, and defending champion Davis Riley. Special exemptions have been granted to players such as Michael Block, Danny Willett, and Webb Simpson.

Tee Times

The tournament features a field of 135 players, with a halfway cut after Friday’s round. Notable first-round tee times (all times ET):

  • 8:00 AM: Olin Browne, Hayden Buckley, Patrick Rodgers
  • 8:33 AM: Erik van Rooyen, Luke List, Rafael Campos
  • 9:06 AM: Aaron Rai, Camilo Villegas, Webb Simpson
  • 9:50 AM: Blades Brown, Taylor Dickson, William Mouw
  • 1:45 PM: Scottie Scheffler, Davis Riley, Daniel Berger
