The Canelo we’ve seen the last two years… Not only is he boring, but he really has no incentive to get in there and give people a good fight.
“Just take the big cheque, but if Canelo really fights, because I think it’s safe to say that Terence always fights, he knows no other thing, then it could be a very good and interesting fight,” he told FightHub TV
Canelo Alvarez has two more fights planned with Turki Al-Sheikh
The agreement that Saul Alvarez has with Sheikh Turki Al-Sheikh includes two fights in 2026 and it is speculated that the value of the contract would be around $100 million per fight.
While the Mexican is expected to beat Crawford in September, if he does not show a better version or if he loses, his future in the ring could be questioned, as he will turn 35 in a couple of months.
