Caitlin Clark, the WNBA‘s rising star and face of the Indiana Fever, is not navigating the highs and lows of professional basketball alone. Alongside her is boyfriend Connor McCaffery, whose presence has been a quiet yet steady pillar of support throughout her journey from college sensation to WNBA phenom.
The two met at the University of Iowa and have grown together both personally and professionally, building a relationship grounded in mutual understanding, athletic grit, and shared dreams.
Clark rose to national prominence as a dynamic scorer and playmaker for the Iowa Hawkeyes, shattering records and becoming the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division I history.

As their careers took off in different directions, Clark into the spotlight of the WNBA and McCaffery into coaching, the couple has continued to prioritize their relationship. In April 2024, McCaffery posted a touching tribute on Instagram celebrating their one-year anniversary: “One year w the best, doing life w u has been easy, and you never cease to amaze me… can’t wait to watch u live out ur dreams in person, love you.”
