Where to watch Kansas City Chiefs vs Jacksonville Jaguars and what time is Monday Night Football

The Kansas City Chiefs will be visiting the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL Week 5 finale. The Chiefs have had a resurgence in their last two games against the New York Giants and the surprise thrashing of the Baltimore Ravens. With the return of wide receiver Xavier Worthy, the Chiefs once again looked impressive on offense. And while Travis Kelce still doesn’t see much action on many snaps, he remains an important piece for Kansas City.

However, the game will not be a cakewalk for Patrick Mahomes, as with the arrival of Liam Coen to the Jacksonville franchise, he has tweaked Trevor Lawrence‘s mechanics and there has been considerable improvement. This is coupled with Travis Hunter, who is gradually improving his numbers

The duel is difficult to predict, but it will have many good plays and perhaps a large number of points. That’s why it’s a must-see.

When and where to watch the game

Date: Monday, October 6, 2025

– Time: 8:15 p.m. ET / 7:15 p.m. CT

– Venue: EverBank Stadium, Jacksonville, Florida

– Broadcast in the US: ESPN / ABC

– Streaming / digital: ESPN App and other authorized platforms

How the Jaguars arrive

The Jacksonville Jaguars face the game with a wallet of energy: they are 3-1 and lead the AFC South so far.

One of their most notable victories was against the San Francisco 49ers, where they managed to get their defense to generate four turnovers – a factor that allowed them to win despite the good offensive performance of the 49ers

Although their schedule has not been easy, the Jaguars have shown to be competitive on both sides of the ball under the direction of Liam Coen.

One point of concern will be the condition of standout lineman Travon Walker, who could play with braces after a wrist injury

How the Chiefs arrive

The Kansas City Chiefs come into the game with a 2-2 record so far this season.

They have shown flashes of offensive power, but also clear problems on special teams, especially with kicker Harrison Butker, who has missed several field goal attempts this season

In their most recent triumph, they defeated the Ravens 37-20, marking their second consecutive victory

The margin for error for Kansas City is minimal: they must impose their offensive talent while correcting defensive and specialty weaknesses if they want to prevail in Jacksonville.

Keys to the game

If the Jaguars can generate consistent pressure and force quarterback Patrick Mahomes into mistakes, they can frustrate the visitors’ attack.

Kansas City will need its elite offense – with Mahomes, Kelce and company – to have an explosive day to make up for possible failures in other phases of the game.

At home, the Jaguars will look to exploit their home advantage and confidence after a solid start to the season.

Decisions on special teams, especially Butker’s field goal errors, could prove decisive in what promises to be a close game.
