The Philadelphia Eagles are in need of a win to clinch the NFC East, and to do so they will have to defeat the Dallas Cowboys at home, in a game in which two backup quarterbacks will be responsible for leading their respective offenses.
The game that was until a few days ago in prime time, changed to be just another game in the early games, after Jalen Hurts was concussed last week.
The absence of Hurts is in addition to the injury to Dak Prescott, who was ruled out for the rest of the season for the Cowboys, so Kenny Pickett will play as the starting passer, and will face another backup, Cooper Rush.

With Hurts at the controls, Philadelphia defeated Dallas 34-6 at the Cowboys’ fancy home in Week 10 of the season, and they hope to win both games in the annual series against Dallas for the first time since 2011.
Philadelphia for another NFC East title
Eagles (12-3) could be crowned at home as the champions of their division with a victory regardless of what the Washington Commanders (10-5) do against the Atlanta Falcons in D.C., which would give Nick Sirianni‘s team its second title in three years.
The Eagles have 12 division titles since the divisions were created in the NFL in 1970, far from the 22 held by the Cowboys.
However, the Eagles have enjoyed success in recent years, including a victory in Super Bowl LII.
In contrast, Dallas has not even reached an NFC Championship Game since the 1995 season.
The Cowboys (7-8) are out of the playoffs, but they still have a chance to finish with a winning record if they win their last two games of the current season, amid strong rumors of a possible departure of their coach, Mike McCarthy.
