What did Ivanka Trump say to Nikola Jokic after NBA all-star photo op?

During her family’s trip to the NBA All-Star Weekend in San Francisco, Ivanka Trump shared a lighthearted moment involving her eight-year-old son, Theodore, and NBA superstar Nikola Jokic.

In an Instagram story, Ivanka posted a video showing Theo chatting excitedly with NBA players before Jokic gently turned him around to face the camera for a photo. Ivanka, appreciating Jokic’s subtle guidance, wrote a caption that explained the situation.

“Thank you Jokic for getting my Theo to listen,” Ivanka wrote, humorously acknowledging the moment.

Trump family have been doing the rounds at sporting events

Ivanka, her husband Jared Kushner, and their children-Arabella, 13, Joseph, 11, and Theo-had a fun-filled weekend, enjoying events like the Dunk Contest, 3-Point Contest, and Skills Challenge. Theo and his siblings even got the chance to meet several NBA All-Stars during the festivities. Ivanka also shared a carousel of pictures and videos from the weekend on Instagram, giving followers a glimpse into their family’s adventures.

While Ivanka‘s experience was enjoyable, the NBA All-Star event itself received mixed reviews. The new format, featuring three shorter games instead of one, didn’t sit well with all fans. In addition, a team of Rising Stars was included, and long breaks were filled with segments like MrBeast‘s three-point shooting contest and Kevin Hart hosting. Many viewers were disappointed by the changes and the absence of key players, including LeBron James, Luka Doncic, Anthony Edwards, and Anthony Davis.

Despite these critiques, Ivanka’s family weekend was a success. Theo made headlines the previous weekend as well, when he accompanied his grandfather, former President Donald Trump, to the Super Bowl. In a video shared online, Theo appeared protective of his grandfather, watching over him as they walked on the field. His watchful behavior even sparked jokes online about Theo potentially becoming a Secret Service agent one day.

Ivanka’s posts highlight her family’s ongoing presence in the spotlight, whether at high-profile sporting events or on social media, capturing both family moments and public attention.
