Donald Trump’s latest appearance has set the internet on fire, thanks to a noticeable change in his hairstyle.
The 78-year-old president-elect was spotted on Tuesday at his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, sporting a new look that has many social media users talking. Check out the video below:
Trump’s new style or just a case of ‘hat hair’?
Trump, who is typically known for his iconic bouffant hairstyle, was seen with a short, slicked-back style, a stark departure from his usual voluminous hair.
The moment was captured in a brief 21-second video shared by MAGA supporter Michael Solakiewicz, showing Trump greeting a crowd while wearing a golf polo and holding his signature red MAGA hat.
“Is everybody having a good time?”Trump asked the crowd, which responded with cheers.
He continued, “Is everybody as Republican?”
His remarks were met with applause, though the reason for the gathering remains unclear.
Some speculate that Trump was simply enjoying a round of golf, as he was dressed in golfing attire.
Online, the reaction to Trump’s new look has been mixed.
Many fans have praised the new hairstyle, calling it “sleek” and “spiffy,” even suggesting it helps him look younger.
“Trump’s latest hairstyle is here. It’s sleek-looking and makes a bold statement!” one Twitter user wrote.
However, critics were less kind, with some dismissing the new style as unflattering. “Trump slicked his hair back today. Rare form,” one user observed.
Others joked that his hair gave off a “unique and powerful aura,” while some took aim at his appearance, with one commenting, “He looks awful… must be pushing 450+ pounds.”
This isn’t the first time Trump has shocked fans with a new hairstyle.
Back in June 2019, he appeared with a flatter, more drawn-back look at a memorial service, only to revert to his signature style days later.
Trump has long defended his hair, dismissing rumors of wigs and comb-overs, claiming in 2013 that his hair is “mine” and not a wig.
As the debate continues online, it remains unclear whether Trump’s new ‘hat hair’ look is here to stay or just a temporary change for his golf day.
