Marissa Lawrence is officially righting a Christmas wrong, one adorable Instagram post at a time.
Like many busy parents during the holiday rush, the wife of Jacksonville Jaguars star Trevor Lawrence realized she had missed a major milestone: capturing a photo of their 11-month-old daughter, Shae, in her first-ever customized Christmas pajamas on the actual day.
To make up for the oversight, Marissa staged a heartwarming “post-Christmas” candid photoshoot at home this Monday. “I forgot to take her picture in her first Christmas PJ’s, so please enjoy this last holly jolly moment,” Marissa shared with her followers.
The photoshoot featured four charming slides of “Shae bug” in a full-sleeve white sweatshirt and red-dotted pajamas emblazoned with the text “my 1st Christmas.”
From various poses to a hilarious final zoom-in on Shae’s new teeth, the “make-up” session was a hit with fans who had already enjoyed Marissa’s earlier recap of the family opening gifts in matching red nightsuits.

While the holiday was filled with gratitude, Marissa also used her platform this Wednesday to address some unwanted “gift” from the internet: pregnancy speculation.
After posting photos from a stylish “Caviar Christmas” party on Dec. 24, a follower asked if she was expecting a second child. Marissa was quick to shut down the rumors with a message of body positivity.
“Nope still just from the first … let’s normalize your body changing after having a baby,” she wrote, garnering praise for her transparency and realistic take on postpartum life.

While Marissa handles the holiday highlights at home, her husband is busy preparing for a high-stakes finish to the 2025 NFL season.
Marissa beamed with pride following Trevor’s impressive Week 16 performance against the Denver Broncos, and that momentum is desperately needed. The Jaguars are set to return to EverBank Stadium this Sunday to take on the Tennessee Titans.
As the regular season winds down, Jacksonville is already looking toward the Wild Card round of the playoffs. Barring a major shakeup in the Week 18 standings, the Jaguars are currently on track to host a massive postseason matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
Between “holly jolly” pajama rescues and a looming playoff run, the Lawrences certainly have a lot to be grateful for as they head into the new year.
