Travis Kelce provided the defining moment of the second episode of The Kingdom as the Kansas City Chiefs star showed off his appreciation for his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, and his full conversion into becoming a Swiftie.
The documentary aired on August 14, 2025 and captures the 35-year-old tight end and his colleagues meeting at the Arrowhead Stadium, and whilst most players, including Patrick Mahomes, wore standard red team-issued sweatshirts, Kelce stood out in a grey The Tortured Poets Department hoodie.
It was a a clear nod to Taylor‘s 11th studio album that she released in 2024 and adding to the intrigue, the All-Pro tight end was carrying a white-frosted pastry with sprinkles, a snack many viewers quickly linked to Swift‘s much-discussed homemade Pop-Tarts.
The clip lasted only seconds, but its impact was immediate a fans across social media dissected the details, quickly pointing out the Eras Tour star’s affinity for home-baked delicacies and treats.
She likes to share them with her close friends and family, including the Chiefs as she even won the praise of the team’s head coach, Andy Reid, for her Pop-Tart creating efforts.
Kelce‘s sweatshirt and snack came just a day after Swift appeared as a guest on the podcast hosted by Travis and his brother, Jason, as on August 13, she discussed her current culinary pursuits.
“I am completely focused on sourdough these days. Every six months, I have a new baking obsession,” Swift said on the New Heights show, to which Kelce‘s reply captured both admiration and affection as he confessed, “I am the luckiest man in the world.”
The following day, Swift’s close friend Ashley Avignone amplified the theme by posting a photo of a cinnamon raisin sourdough loaf decorated with cat stickers, humorously captioned “The Loaf of a Dough Girl”, a nod to the title of Swift’s 12th studio album.

Speculation over Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift‘s living arrangements intensified following her appearance on her boyfriend’s show, as she seemed to drop some hints they’re living together.
Speaking to Jason about what they get up to behind closed doors and what their dynamic looks like, the 35-year-old Grammy-winning artist seemed to imply they’re sharing the same space.
“I like ‘New News’ just because of the screaming,” Taylor said, of her favorite part of New Heights. “I hear [Travis] screaming ‘New News!’ from across the house constantly.
“It’s like my favorite part. He’ll be like, ‘New News! New News!’ And I’m in the kitchen [whispering] ‘New News!'”
Kelce added warmly: “It’s been so fun to see what Taylor actually gets into around the house.”
The comments strongly suggested the pair are sharing a home, two years after confirming their relationship in September 2023.
