Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ new business is taking shape: First images that will please Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes

Kansas City Chiefs superstars Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are taking their off-the-field partnership to the next level. The iconic tight end and quarterback duo is gearing up to open a new steakhouse called 1587 Prime, a name inspired by their jersey numbers (Kelce wears No. 87, Mahomes No. 15).

Their latest venture is coming to life inside the upscale Loews Hotel in Kansas City, and it’s already generating major buzz before it even opens its doors.

On Tuesday, fans got their first visual glimpse of the upcoming restaurant via the Kelce Brothers’ official Instagram account, where Travis and older brother Jason Kelce shared a carousel of images and video clips showcasing the in-progress buildout of the restaurant.

“First look at Travis Kelce & Patrick Mahomes’ new steakhouse, 1587 Prime – opening soon inside the Loews Hotel!” the caption read.

The first image featured a collection of brown footballs embossed with “1587 Prime by Noble 33” in gold lettering. Noble 33 is the Miami-based hospitality group partnering with the football stars, co-founded by entrepreneurs Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha.

The second slide offered a peek inside the construction zone, revealing skeletal infrastructure, a spiraling staircase, and what appeared to be the makings of a central bar area.

Sunlight poured through the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows as workers bustled around the site. A final clip showed the restaurant’s exterior, sealed off for safety and privacy, with alternating banners declaring “Coming Soon” and proudly listing Kelce and Mahomes‘ names.

A new business venture rooted in community and accessibility

This steakhouse isn’t just another celebrity cash grab. Mahomes and Kelce are hoping 1587 Prime becomes a gathering place for Kansas City locals-a fine-dining experience without the intimidating price tag. During a press event for the 101 Awards earlier this year, Mahomes opened up about his excitement for the new culinary project.

“Me and Travis have been working on that for awhile. We’re always together. We’re always at these restaurants, and we have a love for bringing people together,” he said in a video shared by Fox 4 Kansas City. “We’re going to do whatever we can to continue to bring people together and what better place than Kansas City.

“I’m sure there will be some things on there that will be $15. All honesty though, we thought about that and we don’t want to make it too upscale, too high-priced that not everybody can go.”
